Roles of care
We are sometimes on the look out for the right people for the following roles:
Support worker
As a Support Worker, you will provide personalised care and support to individuals with disabilities, primarily in their homes and in the community. This role focuses on enhancing participants’ independence, promoting their well-being, and ensuring they achieve their goals.
Enrolled nurse
The Enrolled Nurse works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse to deliver clinical care and practical support to individuals with disabilities. This role focuses on supporting participants to achieve their health goals and maintain their independence in a safe and respectful manner.
Registered nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide clinical care and oversee health management for individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities. You will collaborate with participants, their families, and support staff to ensure optimal health outcomes, fostering independence and dignity.
Support coordinator
The Support Coordinator assists participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans. They connect participants with appropriate services, provide information about available resources, and ensure participant's’ goals are achieved in a timely and effective manner. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, an understanding of NDIS processes, and a participant-centered approach.
